Dr. Cora Hui serves as the Head of School at CAPCL. As an educational researcher, she integrates academic scholarship with practical leadership to guide her approach to school administration. Her published research examines how servant leadership cultivates grit and a growth mindset in learners (2016), supports the wellness development of young people (2018, 2022), and equips children to make better, more caring decisions (2023). She believes that teachers as servant-leaders meet the social, cognitive, and motivational needs of their students (2017). Her work emphasizes that when the efforts of a servant leader align into a unified, optimal experience, it allows both educators and students to find fulfillment and purpose (2021).

Dr. Hui holds an Honours Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto in Canada. She also earned both her Master of Education and Doctorate of Education from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom.

In her leisure time, Dr. Hui enjoys reading, spending time in nature, and creating memories with her loved ones. She also enjoys sharing her devotional reflections with others.

“With more than twenty years of experience in education across Asia, Ms. Ko believes that a thriving school begins with truly knowing, loving, and challenging every child. She has served as Assistant Principal at CAPCL since 2020, where she leads instructional excellence, oversees school operations, and empowers educators to grow in all professional aspects. Prior to this role, she held multiple leadership positions at the Korean International School.

Ms. Ko holds a Master of Education from Yonsei Graduate School of Education in Korea, a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Leadership Quality Standard Certificate from The King’s University in Alberta, Canada.
